Gentle - Find relief in this gentle class that focuses on nurturing, supporting, and relaxing the mind, body, and spirit.
Slow Flow - A slow flowing class suitable beginners and students who want to explore flexibility and relaxation, ending with restorative postures and meditation.
Candelite Flow - Experienced-Intermediate student; Athletic-dynamic flow class designed to physically challenge and mindfully awaken the energies. Moderately heated (not HOT).
Intro to Yoga - Open to all; Class will include breathwork, alignment, foundational poses and deep relaxation.
Therapeutic - A therapeutic approach to yoga postures and breath helping to align the physical body and reduce muscular imbalances. Good for those with injuries or chronic pain. Restorative, meditative, rejuvenating.
Zumba - Fun, easy to follow dance steps with latin and international music. JOIN US ON THE THIRD WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH FOR GLOW ZUMBA 7:30-8:30PM
Sculpt - A body sculpting class to tone upper and lower body using light weights. All levels welcome. Bring mat, 2 Ib weights, H2O. Wednesday’s 6 pm sculpt will follow Yoga Stretch.
Morning Yoga Flow- Awaken the body with a Vinyasa connecting breath with movement, we will build strength and flexibility with longer held poses, attention to alignment, and some core work.
MBSR- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
FULL MOON YOGA - the full moon is a wonderful time to shed and release all the things that no longer serve us, as well as a time to connect with, nurture and support our intentions. Come flow and salute the moon and allow her energy to awaken our souls and embrace our divine power within.
YIN YOGA- a wonderful balance to a yang practice, this class is slow, meditative and relaxing. Most of the class is done on the floor, holding postures for 3-5 minutes.
