Class Description
- Basic Vinyasa - This class will work on fundamentals while connecting posture with breath to create a fluid sequence.
- Yoga 1-Ideal for new students as well as seasoned practitioners. Class will include foundational poses, connecting breath & movement as well as relaxing the mind, body and spirit with meditation.
- Open - This class will work on fundamentals while connecting posture with breath to create a fluid sequence. Student should have at least 6-8 classes experience.
- Gentle - Find relief in this gentle class that focuses on nurturing, supporting, and relaxing the mind, body, and spirit.
- Slow Flow - A slow flowing class suitable beginners and students who want to explore flexibility and relaxation, ending with restorative postures and meditation.
- Candelite Flow - Experienced-Intermediate student; Athletic-dynamic flow class designed to physically challenge and mindfully awaken the energies. Moderately heated (not HOT).
- Intro to Yoga - Open to all; Class will include breathwork, alignment, foundational poses and deep relaxation.
- Therapeutic - A therapeutic approach to yoga postures and breath helping to align the physical body and reduce muscular imbalances. Good for those with injuries or chronic pain. Restorative, meditative, rejuvenating.
- Zumba - Fun, easy to follow dance steps with latin and international music. JOIN US ON THE THIRD WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH FOR GLOW ZUMBA 6:15-7:15PM
- Sculpt - A body sculpting class to tone upper and lower body using light weights. All levels welcome. Bring mat, 2 Ib weights, H2O. Wednesday’s 6 pm sculpt will follow Yoga Stretch.
- Morning Yoga Flow- Awaken the body with a Vinyasa connecting breath with movement, we will build strength and flexibility with longer held poses, attention to alignment, and some core work.
- MBSR- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
- FULL MOON YOGA - the full moon is a wonderful time to shed and release all the things that no longer serve us, as well as a time to connect with, nurture and support our intentions. Come flow and salute the moon and allow her energy to awaken our souls and embrace our divine power within.SPEAK *MOVE*RECEIVE
- YIN YOGA- a wonderful balance to a yang practice, this class is slow, meditative and relaxing. Most of the class is done on the floor, holding postures for 3-5 minutes.
- Journey Dance- a freestyle type of movement, dance and expression, everyBody Welcome!
- Fluid Movement - a gentle alternative to exercise, move like water. set to oceanic music with a gentle pace, get out linear, repetitive patterns and be guided to move in circles, spirals, figure 8's w/ your whole body.
- Forrest Yoga - created by Ana Forrest is designed to address physical and emotional stresses and challenges held in our bodies. Strength and flexibility are not a requirement to do Forrest Yoga. All one needs is a willingness to breathe deeply, feel fully and listen carefully to what our bodies are telling us.
