Kristen Varadian

 

Kristen Varadian I’m a wife, yoga teacher and in my heart living life with loving kindness.  My class intentions are to guide each student in connecting with their breath and body through the presence and awareness that is held within.  What i hope students experience is the ability to rest in awareness as the practice unfolds.  To take this ability to rest in awareness off their mat and hold on to it until they return to their mat.  i have been greatly inspired by Ana Forrest and her 4 pillars to “Walk in Beauty, Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit.
